Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for purchasing DDNKA Studio accessories.

Most DDNKA STUDIO items are made to order, therefore returns, exchanges or refunds are not accepted. All sales are final.
If you feel you have any issues with the products feel free to contact us and we will do our best to address your concerns.
You may email us to ddnka3d@gmail.com within 7 days of the items arrival to your doorstep.

In special cases we allow returns or exchanges for unworn or unused rings only. In this case, all returns will incur a 30% restocking fee of the total amount of the item.
please note that the rings must be in its original state and packaging.

please note that shipping cost for any item being returned or exchanged will be paid by the customer.

Warrenty

If you experience any damage with you purchase due to manufacturing, you may return it to us for inspection. A 30$ deposit fee will be taken before shipment of your item back to DDNKA. This fee will cover the shipping costs and will be returned to you in case the item will be inspected  by us as damaged. All jewelry can be affected by regular and normal use, especially rings which are regularly subject to daily pressure. Therefore we do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss or theft.

 

Shipping & Delivery Policy

All Items are shipped with DHL Express service to your doorstep. All orders are sent with a confirmation number, which can be tracked via express shipping mail websites.
Shipping time are estimated and can be varied from one destination to another. On special holidays delays may occur.
The orders will be shipped to the address you provided us at checkout.

Domestic shipping- Free
International shipping- 30$

Orders may take between 3-4 weeks to produce and ship. If you are in any kind of rush or have specific date due time, please contact us before submitting your order,
and we will do our best to ensure your product will arrive on time.
"Made to order" items are shipped as soon as they are complete.

Please note that any tax or customs fees for international orders is in the customers responsibility and is not covered by DDNKA Studio.
